The development and utilization of unconventional forage resources is crucial to alleviating the current situation shortage resources. Giant reed (Arundo donax) a promising resource from Poaceae family, one largest herbaceous plants globally, with fast growth, high biomass yield, strong ecological adaptability. However, there are still very few reports on use giant in livestock poultry production. purpose this study was evaluate effects adding instead wheat straw total mixed ration (TMR) diets growth performance, blood biochemical indexes, nutrient digestibility, antioxidant properties sheep, thereby providing theoretical basis for herbage A 24 fattening sheep (Han × Duper) similar body weight (20 kg), age (2 months), health status were randomly divided into four groups six replicates per group. Sheep control group fed basal diet (CON), those experimental Lvzhou No. 1 straw, replacement proportions 10% (GR10), 20% (GR20), 30% (GR30) diet, respectively. results showed that (1) (FBW) average daily gain (ADG) GR20 GR30 higher than CON GR10 (p < 0.05). A pilot-scale study on sludge treatment reed beds investigated the combined effects of earthworms and Arundo donax sewage dewatering residual quality. Four units were tested: one planted with earthworms, without unplanted control, each unit replicated. Over a year, 24 cycles (dry volatile solid contents 24.71 g.L
