Abstract Objectives This study aimed to determine whether type 2 diabetes (T2D) is an independent risk factor for sleep disorders in the elderly and explore possible intestinal flora factors of combined with T2D this population. Methods All hospitalized patients aged ≥65 years between June November 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, they divided into a disorder group ( n = 134) control 109). The logistic regression method was utilized clarify causal relationship disorders. (QF) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) that it has long history in the therapeutic field of killing parasites, eliminating accumulation, and stopping diarrhea. However, material basis QF remaining ambiguous nowadays. The geographical origin differences are also usually ignored process medication. In this study, alcohol-aqueous soluble constituents from different origins were systematically characterized accurately measured by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled to quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) high-performance (HPLC) respectively. Chemometric analysis was performed for differentiation screening potential quality marker (Q-marker). Finally, A total 106 tentatively positive negative ion modes, including 29 fatty acids, 26 organic 11 amino acids derivatives, 10 glycosides, 9 alkaloids 21 other constituents. effectively distinguished 16 selected as Q-markers subsequently. Four representative components (trigonelline, adenosine, ellagic acid, 3,3'-di-O-methylellagic acid) samples simultaneously determined. HPLC fingerprint indicated similarity between batches range 0.870-0.999. above results provide some insights research on pharmacodynamic constituents, control, discrimination QF.
