ABSTRACT
The
EAT‐Lancet
Commission
recommends
a
sustainable,
health‐focused
diet,
but
its
impact
on
inflammatory
bowel
disease
(IBD)
and
metabolic
mechanisms
remains
unclear.
This
study
explores
the
association
between
diet
IBD
risk.
We
included
187
558
participants
from
UK
Biobank,
free
at
baseline.
Dietary
intake
was
assessed
using
validated
24‐h
dietary
recall,
an
score
calculated.
Incident
cases
were
identified
through
primary
care,
hospital
data,
death
registries.

Abstract
Background
The
EAT-Lancet
commission
has
proposed
a
planetary
health
reference
diet
(PHD)
aiming
to
improve
human
and
global
environmental
sustainability.
Emerging
evidence
suggests
that
high-quality
is
modified

cognitive
decline.

population-based

prospective
cohort
study
examined
data
from
China
Health
Nutrition
Survey
(CHNS)
during
1997–2011.We

3404
adults
