The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive and holistic perspective on the field digital leadership by conducting bibliometric analysis publications in field. Web Science (WoS) Core Collection database was utilized gateher data. Keywords such as "digital leadership", "e-leadership", "virtual "leadership 4.0" used research. A total 141 articles published between 2000 2022 were examined means method. In section analysis, performance analyzes called co-occurrence co-citation performed. According findings, annual growth rate 15.09%, while average number citations per article 21.48 analysis. Some prominent themes co-occurence include "Digital Leadership Performance Management," "Knowledge Student Experience Digital Education," "Transformation Innovation Leadership" etc. cluster names obtained result are Virtual Team "Coordination Consensus Multi-Agent Systems," Skills Psychological Well-Being," which represent intensively studied leadership. As conclusion, importance studies gradually increasing. data help us understand thematic evolution research shifts interest community. model that focused innovation require effective communication information management competencies. Several recommendations proposed for researchers, practitioners policymakers further develop implement strategies. Expanding theoretical frameworks, longitudinal studies, implementing development programs, fostering culture, supporting transformation, establishing standards guidelines, promoting literacy amongst them.

Objective: In the age of digital transformation, there is a need for sustainable information management vision in health. Understanding accumulation health (HIM) knowledge from past to present and building new meet this reveals importance understanding available scientific knowledge. With research, it aimed examine documents last 40 years HIM literature with holistic approach using science mapping techniques guide future research. Methods: This study used bibliometric analysis method mapping. Co-citation co-occurrence document analyses were performed on 630 academic publications selected Web Science core collection (WoSCC) database keyword “Health Information Management” inclusion criteria. The R-based software Bibliometrix (Version 4.0; K-Synth Srl), Python 3.12.1; Software Foundation), Microsoft® Excel® 2016. Results: Co-occurrence revealed themes personal records, clinical coding data quality, management. theme consisted five subthemes: “electronic records”, “medical informatics”, “e-health telemedicine”, “health education awareness”, systems (HISs)”. As result co-citation analysis, prominent technology acceptance, standardized coding, success HISs, types electronic people HIM, informatics by consumers, e-health, e-mobile technologies, countries’ frameworks standards HISs. This research aims to identify the developmental patterns of reflective learning in health sciences context and offer suggestions for future this field. Our dataset consists 385 studies conducted between 1983 2023 Web Sciences (WOS) database. ÖZ Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı sağlık hakkı alanında gerçekleştirilen çalışmaların yıllar içerisindeki değişimini ortaya koymak ve alan hakkında ana temaları belirlemektir. Gereç Yöntem: Araştırmada kullanılan veriler Web of Science (WOS) Core Collection veri tabanından elde edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen dâhil etme hariç tutma kriterleri sonucu edilen 456 yayın bibliyometrik analiz tekniklerinden performans analizi bilimsel haritalama tekniği ile Ülkeler, kurumlar, yazarlar dergilere ilişkin analizini gerçekleştirmek için atıf analizi, alanın çalışma konularını kavramlarını ortak kelime gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bibliyometrik analizlerin gerçekleştirilmesinde ise R-Bibliometrix CiteSpace programları kullanılmıştır. Bulgular Sonuç: Araştırma sonuçları artış gösterme eğiliminde olduğunu koymaktadır. Sağlık alanının “insan hakları temelli yaklaşım, küresel sağlık, evrensel kapsamı erişim” olarak dört küme çevresinde toplandığı ancak yalnızca “evrensel kapsamı” kümesinin güncelliğini koruduğu görülmektedir. Anahtar kelimeler açısından bakıldığında “rights language, to-health litigation, human right, health care, reproductive right” anahtar kelimelerinin alanda güncel kavramlar olduğu görülmektedir. kelimeler: Hakkı, Analiz, Hizmeti Hakkı
