Purpose
The
purpose
of
this
study
is
to
explore
how
government
initiatives
can
enhance
social
entrepreneurship
(SE)
and
identify
the
key
factors
that
contribute
their
success,
particularly
in
context
emerging
economies.
Design/methodology/approach
This
focuses
on
Tunisia,
a
North
African
economy,
providing
clear
geographical
setting
for
research.
A
quantitative
approach
was
employed,
utilizing
survey
method
distributed
via
Qualtrics.
targeted
202
Tunisian
entrepreneurs,
Partial
Least
Squares
Structural
Equation
Modeling
(PLS-SEM)
used
analyze
relationships
between
SE
development.
Findings
results
reveal
initiatives,
including
creation
supportive
ecosystems,
training
skills
development
programs,
tax
incentives,
public-private
partnerships,
support
community-driven
significantly
SE.
Research
limitations/implications
which
may
limit
generalizability
findings
other
contexts.
Future
research
should
expand
geographically
consider
longitudinal
studies
assess
long-term
effects
Practical
implications

actionable
recommendations
policymakers
design
effective
strategies
