Abstract
Despite
the
increasing
academic
focus
on
green
entrepreneurship
and

studies

relationship
between
entrepreneurial
orientation
innovation

Purpose
This
study
examines
how
Corporate
Social
Responsibility
(CSR)
mediates
the
relationship
between
Transgenerational
Entrepreneurship
(TE)
and
Financial
Performance
(FP)
in
family
businesses.

employee-oriented
CSR
initiatives,

with
TE
dimensions
of
relationships,
entrepreneurship,

generations,

cross-sectional
dataset

from
multiple
regions,

Structural
Equation
Modeling
(SEM)
to
evaluate
links
TE,
CSR,
FP.

Component
Analysis

Factor

Findings
Results
indicate
that
significantly
TE–FP
