Nanocarriers are frequently used for drug delivery due to their large surface area, biocompatibility, and photothermal effects. However, they face the problem of premature leakage during transport. To address this challenge, we developed near-infrared light (NIR)-responsive hollow magnetic nanocarriers (HMC) by incorporating a chitosan-based molecular valve onto (CHMC) enable NIR-triggered release. Despite advancement, material still encounters challenge inadequate targeting. Recognizing efficacy magnetically driven micro/nanorobot swarms in remote wireless control, targeted motion, efficient transport, merged CHMC with controlled swarms. We evaluated performance under programmable fields, which can be precisely biological fluid directed toward targeting cells. Additionally, demonstrated ability execute responsive release NIR irradiation. Ultimately, confirmed capacity delivery, release, therapy liver cancer treatment vivo. This approach heralds new possibilities facilitated swarms, offering promising advancements medical treatment.
