Abstract The influence of host materials on the electroluminescent (EL) properties blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) emitters were lacking. In this investigation, we systematically studied effect by doping emitter into various with differing polarities as emitting layer (EML), and revealed choice host-impacted EL performance significantly. By delving deeper light-emission mechanisms TADF devices, identified that device variations predominantly governed both energy transfer charge trapping processes within EML(s). Notably, stable exhibiting peak efficiencies brightness values 23.74 cd/A 5,695 cd/m 2 , respectively, achieved.
