Excessive redundancy of construction land in county-level units within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has become a significant obstacle to achieving high-quality development. The objective this study is discover spatial and temporal patterns land, with view providing insights for promoting efficient use. employs SBM-DEA model, Markov transfer probability matrix analysis, multiple regression analysis analyze change characteristics, differentiation, influencing factors county unit during period 2000–2020. shows that serious oversupply and, combined reasons each sub-region, degree already formed lock-in effect. affected by variety such as location, scale, economy, facilities. Furthermore, puts forward suggestions improving use efficiency adjusting supply demand relationship, mechanisms facilitate flow development factors, strengthening supervision. These measures aim reduce support sustainable region.
