Abstract Breast cancer is the leading malignancy in women and 2nd widespread globally. Earlier identification of breast can improve treatment outcomes prevent metastasis beyond breast. Traditional screening tests are not sensitive enough for early diagnosis have extended detection periods. Recent studies explored diversified biosensor techniques, including optical, electrical, electrochemical, mechanical biosensors. This paper nominates a circlet with large plus sign refraction indices evaluation two distinct cells namely, MDA-MB-231 MCF-7.
