Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is a critical biomarker for diagnosing and monitoring cancers such as liver, colon, breast cancer. This study presents highly sensitive surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor incorporating 2D materials-graphene MXene (Ti3C2TX)- in Kretschmann configuration. The sensor, comprising BK7 prism, gold (Au), graphene, aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃), MXene, optimized detecting CEA aqueous solutions with high precision. performance of the proposed was evaluated using finite difference time domain (FDTD) numerical method, focusing on key parameters sensitivity figure merit (FOM). Operating at wavelength 633 nm, achieved an exceptional 163.63 deg/RIU FOM 17.52 RIU⁻¹, marking significant improvement over previously reported SPR biosensors. Comparative analysis further underscores superior this design, establishing it cutting-edge tool applications biosensing, medical diagnostics, food safety, environmental monitoring. offers potential real-world applications, including clinical diagnostics early cancer detection, safety monitoring, sensing.
