Despite a high tuberculosis incidence in Korea, the association between and depression remains underexplored. This study aims to assess risk survivors. Utilizing South Korea's National Health Insurance Sharing Service (NHISS) database, we conducted gender-age-matched analysis comparing survivors general population. included 137,996 participants, of whom 34,499 had history, 103,497 age- sex-matched individuals were selected as control group. The developing was higher than group (aHR 1.20, 95% CI 1.15-1.25). In men, 1.32 times (95% 1.25-1.39) compared with 1.05 0.98-1.12) women. Those taking para-aminosalicylate, cycloserine, prothionamide those using other anti-tuberculosis drugs, ratio ranging from 1.27 1.61.
