Oncolytic virotherapy has emerged as a potential cancer therapy, utilizing viruses to selectively target and replicate within cells while preserving normal cells. Abstract Virotherapy treatment is a new and promising target therapy that selectively attacks cancer cells without harming normal cells. Mathematical models of oncolytic viruses have shown predator-prey like oscillatory patterns as result an underlying Hopf bifurcation. In spatial context, these oscillations can lead to different spatio-temporal phenomena such hollow-ring patterns, dispersed patterns. this paper we continue the systematic analysis discuss their relevance in clinical context. A bstract Mathematical models are invaluable tools for understanding the mechanisms and interactions that control behavior of complex systems. Modeling a problem as cancer evolution includes many coupled phenomena being therefore impossible to obtain sufficient experimental results fully evaluate all possible conditions. In this work, we focus on Agent-Based Models (ABMs), these allow more complete interpretable information at individual level than other types in silico models. However, ABMs, need parameters, requiring cellular environmental levels be calibrated. To overcome propose complementary approach traditional calibration methods. We used existent continuum able reproduce data, validated with fitted establish relationships between parameters both, agent-based models, simplify improve process adjusting ABM.
