Utilizing the framework of theory planned behavior, a new model has been extracted and validated empirically to explore role green human resource management (GHRM) practices in attainment sustainable development goals (SDGs) among textile manufacturing firms. Therefore, this research study is first attempt investigate impact skills employee attitudes that may proffer better explanation nature relationship between GHRM SDGs, proposing an inclusive re`search on effect SDGs hi-tech industry. Questionnaires were distributed 465 firms; however, those returned, only 197 surveys completed all respects used for further empirical investigation. Abstract Through the 2030 Agenda, international bodies have set out 17 highly interconnected Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to course for equitable and just development of society. SDG5 seeks empower women girls as a way guaranteeing their fundamental rights, which are sometimes violated by physical superiority men who exercise power undermining women's freedoms. This study aims analyse connection between SDG1, SDG3, SDG8 SDG11, protection women, identifying lines action needed favour access justice victims gender‐based violence. The was carried on panel sample Spanish Autonomous Regions over decade (2012–2021), using generalised method moments, specifically xtabond2 estimator. in two stages: (1) measures implemented authorities quality life population were analysed, (2) six representative dimensions associated with different targets SDGs studied.
