In this study, an appropriate in vitro propagation technique was determined for 'Ferragnes' and 'Ferraduel' almond varieties, which are used orchards various reasons. To facilitate shoot proliferation development the culture medium, 1 mg L-1 2 concentrations of BAP were added to MS medium. For variety, it found that 1.0 concentration more suitable, resulting a higher number leaves. When L-1, explants exhibited greater length. Explants started grow on nutrient medium containing 2.0 by fifth day 73% reached size suitable subculturing end third week. The study varying IBA did not affect rooting rates. 0.1 NAA, success averaged 23.07% with 2.6 roots per plant 62.50% average 'Ferraduel’.

The Arda® rootstock, developed by Beta Fidancılık, is a preferred rootstock for Prunus species in modern fruit cultivation. study was carried out to ensure micropropagation of under vitro conditions. Propagation with the technique provides rapid mass production short time, can be done regardless vegetation period, and this propagation great importance as it clean plant material free from diseases pests. Cytokinin auxin hormones, which are growth regulating play an important role shoot root formation. type concentrations cytokinin hormones may vary varieties. Different were used study. Micro-cuttings first transferred medium 0.5 mg L−1 1.0 6‑benzylaminopurine (BAP), kinetin (Kn) meta-topoline (mT) hormones. plantlets grown then proliferation containing 3.0 BAP Kn. When sufficient number reached, media 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 2.0 naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) indole butyric (IBA) order obtain rooted plantlets. concluded that highest rate leaf obtained L-1 BAP, while best rooting performance achieved IBA NAA diameter.

Arzu edilen seviyeye ulaşmak, süreçlerinde standardizasyonun sağlanması ile mümkündür. Bu bağlamda, bahçe tesisi öncesi doğru anaç/tercih kombinasyonu, meyve yetiştiriciliğinde son derece önemlidir. çalışmada, Garnem anacı farklı şeftali (Artemis, Samantha, Astoria) Patagonia nektarin çeşitleri arasında afinite kalemlerin erken dönem gelişim performansları araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca anaç çapının aşı başarısı üzerine olan etkisine de yer verilmiştir. Aşı tutum oranları, %54,02 (Artemis) %74,06 (Samantha) değişim gösterirken, yüksek oranı için anacın minimum 4,50 mm çapa olması gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır. noktası gelişimi tutarak gösteren kalem parametreleri Samantha çeşidi öne çıkmasına tüm çeşitler iyi performansı sergilemiştir. Sonuç olarak, incelenen hem tutumu kalemin herhangi bir problem gözlemlenmemiştir.

Grapes, one of the most delicious and refreshing fruits in world, are a source sugar, minerals, vitamins. Summer pruning affects ripening, disease control, yield, quality parameters by controlling vine microclimate. In our study, leaf removal, fruit thinning, cluster thinning their combination were applied to Alphonse Lavallée grape variety, aiming improve cluster, berry characteristics. As result applications, characteristics, SSC, pH, titratable acidity (TA), total phenolic content, antioxidant activity, color examined. all summer applications combinations caused increases (weight, length, width) compared control. addition these, maturity index increased TA decreased. All these also detachment skin rupture force, which have an important place road resistance table varieties. Significant improvements seen content activity. addition, there lightness chroma values that determine grapes. Considering data, we made had significant effects on yield quality. It is thought cutting part clusters instead whole will especially prevent loss experienced applications.
