Abstract This research examines the performance of epoxy, ceramic, and graphene coatings on stainless steel 316 in a producer gas environment, focusing corrosion erosion resistance. aimed to identify most effective coating for applications harsh gasification environments. In this research, various analyses, including microstructural examination, hardness weight measurements, FESEM analysis, EDAX were conducted evaluate coatings. The was passed all coated samples period 100 h. significant findings include superior resistance ceramic-coated steel, as evidenced by low fluctuations, maintained levels, elemental stability. Graphene exhibit high but increased porosity, raising concerns about durability, while epoxy are vulnerable gas-induced structural alterations. inclusion rating analysis underscored ceramic coatings’ ability preserve consistent material properties. Overall, have emerged preferred option environments due their resilience, integrity, Considering mechanical strength, stability, better toward influence. contributes valuable insights selection exposed environments, emphasizing importance long-term durability performance.
