In this paper, a nonlinear dynamic model of parallel shaft gear system consisting two involute spur gears is developed to investigate the coupling effect between gradual surface wear teeth over time and characteristics. A uniform that accounts for how volumetric affect their meshing position, backlash, stiffness proposed. Additionally, with six degrees freedom described considers friction, time-varying stiffness. The proposed significantly changes mesh stiffness, not only in terms value but also contact ratio. Furthermore, characteristics vary significantly. It found affects position further has significant impact on system. This paper provides basis studying as it experiences time.
