El 11 de marzo 2020 la Organización Mundial Salud declaró como pandémica enfermedad por el virus SARS-CoV-2, personal sanitario que brindó servicio atención médica y hospitalaria a nivel mundial no estuvo ajeno una desestabilización su salud mental. La presente investigación analizó impacto mental en primaria, trabajó primera línea frente pandemia COVID 19; así se examinó rol psicoterapia esta problemática pública. diseño metodológico tuvo cuenta un análisis teórico documental tipo descriptivo, revisión sistemática, enfoque cualitativo experimental con apoyo declaratoria Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) través las bases datos Web of Sciences Pubmed; dando resultado total 39 artículos científicos fueron utilizados revisión. Mismos evidenciaron elevada prevalencia Trastornos Depresivos, Ansiedad, del sueño – vigilia Trastorno Estrés Postraumático, finalidad solventar dicha Cognitiva Conductual innovar práctica sujetándose virtualidad, siendo este medio tratamiento más utilizado mejores resultados afecciones

Objective To investigate the anxiety levels, sleep quality and potential risk factors of healthcare practitioners involved in management COVID-19 patients a mobile cabin hospital, further to assess impact progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) on their levels quality. Methods We conducted pre-post self-controlled trial. Healthcare meeting inclusion criteria underwent daily 30-min PMR sessions for seven consecutive days. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were used subjects pre- post-intervention. Statistical analysis was performed using Wilcoxon test, Mann–Whitney U Kruskal-Wallis H Spearman rank correlation. Results A total 94 participants completed study. Background: The COVID-19 pandemic created an extremely difficult situation for healthcare workers (HCWs) worldwide. We aimed to compare the mental health and professional quality of life residents specialist physicians in a cohort Italian HCWs caring patients with about two years after start pandemic. Methods: In November 2021, online survey investigating emotional states depression, anxiety, stress, compassion satisfaction fatigue was administered (N= 78) at Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A. Gemelli IRCCS, Rome. Results: Our findings suggest that from 5 20% our still showed effects adverse psychological impact more than half them experienced medium levels as well level satisfaction. results also show those fewer clinical practice might be greater risk burnout (p= 0.021), anxiety stress symptoms (both ps= 0.027) develop lower (p=0.018). The COVID-19 pandemic had a profound impact on the physical and mental health of healthcare professionals. present study explored relationship between sleep disorders, stress, coping strategies neurobehavioral aspects among young physicians during second wave pandemic. Through multi-assessment approach, this cross-sectional collected sociodemographic occupational data from first-year resident doctors in southern Italy. Subjective quality, chronotype, work-related approach mood state were assessed by administering validated questionnaires face-to-face interviews. Among 258 enrolled study, ~25% complained poor mainly male subjects [odds ratio (OR), 2.52]. Alcohol consumption resulted as risk factor for quality (OR, 1.97). None participants reported stress showing, contrary, high score vigor profile state, particular with previous working experience COVID patients prevention (P<0.040 P<0.035, respectively).
