Background
Breast
cancer
and
its
treatment
can
have
long-term
adverse
effects
on
physical
mental
health.
Evidence-based
guidelines
recommend
that
healthcare
professionals
(HCPs)
advise
women
with
breast
to
engage
in
activity

outcomes.
However,

Background:
Physical
activity
helps
cancer
survivors
ameliorate
physiological
and
psychosocial
effects
of
disease
treatments.
However,
few
meet
physical
recommendations,
with
many
facing
barriers
such
as
limited
interest,
enjoyment,
social
support.
It
is
critical
to
develop
enjoyable
supportive
programs
improve
well-being
among
the
growing
population
survivors.
Pickleball
increasingly
popular
due
its
unique
combination
activity,
friendly
competition,
interaction,
making
it
a
promising
strategy
increase
sustain
in
survivorship.
Objective:
We
examined
feasibility,
acceptability,
preliminary
outcomes
single-arm
pilot
study

Rally,
YMCA-based
pickleball
program
for
adult
Results:
Twenty-one

family

friend
partners
enrolled
