The use of renewable energy seems to be vital as the demand for electricity power rises quickly. But traditional electric grid is not able face challenges raised by modern system. As distributed generation (DGs) become more and integrated into grid, quality (PQ) stability system will deteriorate. Therefore, upgrade existing scenario, a new concept smart (SG) evolved. This infrastructure used improved efficiency reliability through different controlling infrastructures management techniques. Many interfacing devices (GID) are employed improve PQ reducing harmonics, enhancing factor managing imaginary power. In this literature, modified pack U-Cell (MPUC) multilevel inverter (MLI) topology proposed. strategy in MPUC instantaneous active reactive current technique reference adaptive fuzzy hysteresis controller (AFHCC) switching signal. regulation DC link controlled using types logic (FLC).The response MLI with load supply conditions evaluated authenticated proper design MATLAB/Simulink environment, results validated real-time environment.

Simulation results MNIST dataset show that when proportion selfish is below 50%, convergence time increases with nodes. Compared advanced algorithms, proposed saves approximately 6% interaction time. As number transactions significantly increases, system's TPS (Transactions Per Second) decreases, an average only 3079.35 maximum 4000. scheme can filter out high-quality sources during real-time dynamic exchange, enhancing accuracy training ensuring privacy security.
