Abstract
Balanced
scorecard
(BSC)
is
widely
studied
and
practiced.
As
research
on
the
BSC
has
matured
since
its
introduction
in
1992,
it
timely
to
assess
progress
outline
future
directions.
This
study
synthesizes
extant
presents
avenues
advance
BSC.
To
accomplish
these
objectives,
we
undertake
a
review
employing
bibliometric
systematic
methodology
corpus
of
1294
BSC-related
studies.
The
reveals
that
more
than
30-year
history
followed
bell-curve
trajectory,
with
publications
appearing
high-quality,
multidisciplinary
journals
contributions
from
numerous
author
groups
worldwide.
Moreover,
highlights
evolution
major
themes
topics
BSC,
encompassing
customer
orientation,
financial
management,
integrated
reporting,
strategic
performance
sustainable
development,
systems
thinking.
Sustainability
also
gained
prominence
due
sustainability
firmly
establishing
itself
as
global
agenda

challenge.

The

ChatGPT
in
November
2022
by
OpenAI
has
stimulated
substantial
discourse
on
the
implementation

Abstract
Entrepreneurial
firms
are
central
actors
in
the
process
of
generation
and
diffusion

innovation
which,

other
