Purpose Food and beverage (F&B) small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) must diversify their markets obtain predictable sources of revenues to withstand difficult volatile periods such as the post-pandemic geopolitical scenario, recently burdened by Russian-Ukrainian conflict. On other hand, another strand literature suggests that public procurement could be considered a great source income, enabling solid contracts, cash-flow stability. Therefore, this paper aims explore role procurement, adoption e-commerce platforms interactions in affecting exporting performances SMEs operating F&B sector. Design/methodology/approach The study retrieves data from 2,186 Italian manufacturing relying on Margò Cribis database. it conducts structured equational model (SEM) test developed hypotheses empirically. Findings findings reveal digital selling positively affect exports, whereas negatively affects exports. Nonetheless, underline interaction between dampens procurement's negative effects Originality/value This brings an original contribution conducting empirical research extensive sample firms one most influential countries vertical, Italy, with officially registered data. Abstract Many problems regarding channel conflicts exist in the pricing process of a manufacturer‐led dual‐channel supply chain. By considering fact that online reviews and preferences are important factors influence consumer purchasing behaviors decision‐making chain, this paper deals with these through development model involving preferences. It then analyzes optimal decisions under either decentralized or centralized scenarios. The impact review service input preference on chain profits is further analyzed. Bu araştırmanın amacı Jiang vd. (2013) tarafından geliştirilen Online Alışveriş Kolaylığı Ölçeğini Türkçeye uyarlamaktır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu son 6 ay içerisinde online alışveriş yapan toplam 732 tüketiciden oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliğini test etmek amacıyla açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Güvenirlik analizleri kapsamında Cronbach alfa McDonald omega (ω) güvenirlik katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Birinci grubundan elde edilen verilerle yapılan sonucunda kolaylığı ölçeğinde yer alan maddelerin orijinal formunda olduğu gibi beş altında toplandığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca açıklanan varyansın %65.61olduğu madde yüklerinin .57 ile .86 arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir.
