Digital transformation has become an important engine for economic high-quality development and environment high-level protection. However, green total factor productivity (GTFP), as indicator that comprehensively reflects environmental benefits, there is a lack of studies analyze the effect digital on heavily polluting enterprises' GTFP from micro perspective, its impact mechanism still unclear. Therefore, we aim to study mechanism, explore heterogeneity impact.We use Chinese A-share listed enterprises in industry data 2007 2019, measure enterprise using text analysis, GML index based SBM directional distance function, investigate GTFP.Digital can significantly enhance GTFP, this finding holds after considering endogenous problem conducting robustness tests. by promoting innovation, improving management efficiency, reducing external transaction costs. The improvement role more obvious samples non-state-owned enterprises, non-high-tech industries, eastern region. Compared with blockchain technology, artificial intelligence cloud computing big technology application improve GTFP.Our paper breaks through limitations existing research, which not only theoretically enriches literature related but also practically provides policy implications continuously facilitating their development.

This study seeks to explore the influence of perceived environmental corporate social responsibility on sustainable innovation within hotel industry, with particular emphasis mediating role green intrinsic motivation. A total 396 responses collected from full-time employees at five-star hotels in Egypt were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) WarpPLS statistical software version 7.0. The findings indicate that has a positive impact both and Furthermore, motivation not only positively influences but also serves as mediator relationship between innovation. Theoretically, this provides new insights into how emerging concepts such serve predictors enterprises. Practically, research highlights importance cultivating more engaged innovative workforce is dedicated achieving sustainability goals.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Gilgit-Baltistan are faced with several critical sustainability-oriented problems within the entrepreneurial ecology. This includes resistance to change, myopic thinking of looking for short-term gains facing accessing advanced technology a new environment. Thus, this study examines multifaceted relationships (considering entrepreneurship education, culture, government support, social support), sustainable digital innovation, business sustainability performance, particular emphasis on SMEs rural areas. A total 13 hypotheses proposed examine above phenomena. Data were collected from 431 participants Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan, through questionnaire survey, data was analyzed using partial least square structured equation modeling (PLS-SEM) reveal empirical outcomes. The findings acknowledge that ecosystem (entrepreneurship support) innovation play significant role influencing performance businesses.
