Selenium (Se) is a nutritional component necessary for animal and plant development reproduction. nanoparticles (SeNPs) have high absorption rate during routine supplementation. In the current study, cell-free extract of Aspergillus terreus was used as reducing stabilizing agent in synthesis SeNPs using green eco-friendly method. The mycosynthesized were characterized by UV-visible spectrophotometry, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction dynamic light scattering, transmission electron microscopy, scanning microscopy. results characterization process showed that had spherical shapes sizes less than 100 nm. Results exhibited promising antibacterial activity against both Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria where inhibition zones 14, 20, 16, 13 mm toward S. haemolyticus, aureus, E. coli, K. pneumoniae, respectively. Drought stress poses a significant obstacle to agricultural productivity, particularly in the case of oilseed crops such as sunflower ( Helianthus annuus L.). Selenium (Se) is fundamental micronutrient that has been recognized for its ability enhance plant resilience face various environmental stresses.
