Fruit vegetable products, which are rich in nutrients, can suffer post-harvest deterioration, but these issues be mitigated with effective packaging. Therefore, it essential to develop food more suitable environmentally friendly substances, such as biodegradable or natural polymers. study aimed synthesize biopolymer nanocomposite films using chitosan polymer, combined zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) orange peel powder (OPP) produce reliable material. Soy protein (SP) is easily obtained from defatted soybeans that have had soybean oil removed. Therefore, the materials consisting of soy are not only environmentally benign but also sustainable materials. We prepared SP − GPTMS composite by mixing and a silane coupling reagent, 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS), demonstrated accumulation various aldehydes, such as formaldehyde (HAld), acetaldehyde (AcAld), butyl aldehyde (BuAld), benzaldehyde (BnAld), As result, when were incubated in an aqueous multi-component solution containing four these effectively accumulated aldehydes. The amounts aldehydes BnAld < BuAld AcAld HAld amount was three times higher than BnAld, which lowest amount. These results suggested indicated molecular selectivity for HAld. In addition, further increased under acidic conditions.
