Immune thrombocytopenia, formerly idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura (ITP), is an autoimmune disease characterized by the depletion of platelets below 100,000/µL when other causes have been ruled out. It associated with several infectious pathologies, states, and as a known side effect complication drugs chemotherapies. Standard treatment calls for glucocorticoid-mediated immunosuppression, intravenous immunoglobin transfusion, platelet stimulation, splenectomy in instances chronic severe disease. While standard treatments are often effective, some cases prove resistant, more commonly, patients unable to tolerate protocols or opt out surgical intervention. In addition, second-line therapies can be unfeasibly expensive effects themselves. Therefore, subset afflicted immune exploration alternative methods needed order ease their burden Emerging evidence suggests that plant-derived extracts, traditionally used regions such Asia Africa manage acute hold promise adjunctive mentioned patients. These natural compounds may provide cost-effective less invasive option, potentially bridging gaps current regimens. We propose these extracts play role fulfilling this deficiency protocols. With review, we aim characterize compile various organic utilized improve outcomes By highlighting clinical relevance potential integration into ITP protocols, manuscript underscores importance expanding patient reduce burdens.

Flavonoids are natural organic compounds that derivatives of diphenylpropane. This group polyphenols can be found in multiple sources and they exhibit a variety biological effects. Despite the wide array beneficial properties, development drugs based on these is hindered by their low bioavailability. Although substantial body information available strategies to enhance solubility bioavailability flavonoids, this knowledge remains fragmented. Therefore, aim study was consolidate systematize scientific data methods for increasing flavonoid without changing initial molecular structures. Throughout investigation, it determined most prevalent include co-crystallization, formation phospholipid inclusion complexes, creation nanostructures. there were no pronounced differences observed enhancing solubility, impact pharmacokinetic parameters established. It production complexes nanostructures leads greatest increase area under curve an average 4.2 3.7 times, respectively. The least effect noted phytosomes, where parameter modified forms exceeded value only 1.7 times. Phospholipid exhibited longer half-elimination time than all other modifications, achieving 2.1-fold increase. For micelles, maximum concentration active substance blood plasma observed, reaching 5.4 times both types modifications. During systematization generalization data, high level heterogeneity assessment across various studies revealed, complicating comparisons original obtained different researchers. findings review crucial researchers investigating will facilitate selection effective desired outcomes
