The prevalence of diabetes mellitus is increasing, and well-known conventional medications are associated with harmful effects. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the compounds present in young leaves Daniellia oliveri assess their antidiabetic potential using an in-silico model. best column chromatographic fraction obtained from ethyl acetate was analyzed HRLC-MS prominent compounds. identified were subjected ADMET prediction online servers confirm draggability. Most phenolics had little toxic docking results revealed potentials inhibiting therapeutic targets 11β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 1, human salivary alpha-amylase, glycogen phosphorylase, protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B, glutamine fructose-6-phosphate amidotransferase, sirtuin 6, dipeptidyl peptidase IV, responsible development diabetes.
