Human and animal anovulation is a result of polysystolic ovary PCOS which involves endocrine, reproductive, metabolic abnormalities. Finding new medications with least amount toxicity major scientific challenge. The study's goal to assess biochemical variables in blood serum heart tissue female rats as models androgen-induced the impact oxidative stress development cardiovascular characteristics resulting from PCOS. PCOS-induced were treated liquorice root [L.], green tea [GT], marjoram [M.] extracts at 150, 250 100 mg Kg−1 B.W. respectively. Metformin [Met.] 20 kg−1 used standard medication. study employed 36 aged 8-10 weeks. Six [n=6] groups formed. At zero time end trial, was obtained all estimate total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL-C, LDL-C, VLDL-C, glucose, protein, CRP, glutathione, malondialdehyde, glutathione peroxidase, AST, ALT, ALP, testosterone, estradiol, progesterone CK, LDH, IL-1β TNF-α tissue. In androgen, there has been rise measured parameters except progesterone, GSH, GSH-Px and, increased again three extracts-treated groups. M. extract more active than GT L. improvement [CV] parameters. Since LDH regained normal values. conclusion, demonstrated that M., GT, can decrease negative effects particular on features, treating these herbs recommended.
