Recent studies have identified a complex relationship between methylation patterns and the development of various cancers. Breast cancer (BC) is second leading cause mortality among women. Approximately 5–20% BC patients are at risk brain metastases (BCBM). Although 5-methylcytosine (m5C) has been as an important regulatory modifier, its distribution in BCBM not well understood. This study aimed to investigate m5C BCBM. Samples from (231-BR cells) (MDA-MB-231 groups were subjected comprehensive analysis long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) using methylated immunoprecipitation next-generation sequencing (MeRIP-seq). The expression levels genes adjacent tissues verified through quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). Patients with advanced prostate cancer (PCa) invariably develop resistance to anti-androgen therapy and taxane-based chemotherapy. Glucocorticoid receptor (GR) has been implicated in PCa resistance; however, the mechanisms underlying GR-mediated chemoresistance remain unclear. Lens epithelium-derived growth factor p75 (LEDGF/p75, also known as PSIP1 DFS70) is a glucocorticoid-induced transcription co-activator chemoresistance. We investigated contribution of GR–LEDGF/p75 axis docetaxel (DTX)-resistance cells. GR silencing DTX-sensitive -resistant cells decreased LEDGF/p75 expression, upregulation enzalutamide-resistant correlated increased expression. ChIP-sequencing revealed binding sites promoter. Abstract The progression of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is influenced by the immune microenvironment in bone marrow and dysregulated intracellular competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) networks. Our study utilized data from UCSC Xena, Cancer Genome Atlas Program, Gene Expression Omnibus, Immunology Database Analysis Portal. Using Cox regression analysis, we identified an immune-related prognostic signature. Genomic analysis messenger (mRNA) was conducted through Set (GSCA), a ceRNA network constructed using Encyclopedia Interactomes. Correlations between signature mRNAs cell infiltration, checkpoints, drug sensitivity were assessed R software, gene expression profiling interactive (GEPIA), CellMiner, respectively. Adhering to hypothesis, established potential long noncoding (lncRNA)/microRNA (miRNA)/mRNA regulatory axis. findings pinpointed 9 (KIR2DL1, CSRP1, APOBEC3G, CKLF, PLXNC1, PNOC, ANGPT1, IL1R2, IL3RA). GSCA revealed impact copy number variations methylation on AML. comprised 14 differentially expressed lncRNAs (DE-lncRNAs), 6 DE-miRNAs, 3 DE-mRNAs. Aim: Current head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) diagnostic tools are limited, so this study aimed to identify microRNA (miRNA) biomarkers from plasma. Materials & methods: A total of 76 HNSCC noncancerous control (NC) plasma samples underwent microarray analysis quantitative reverse transcription PCR screen for miRNAs. The potential the miRNAs was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic curve. Results: miR-95-3p miR-579-5p expression shown be significantly upregulated, that miR-1298-3p downregulated in patients compared with controls. final panel included miR-95-3p, an area under curve 0.83. Conclusion: This three-miRNA has diagnosis HNSCC.
