ABSTRACT The trapezoidal shape maximizes surface area, promoting efficient heat dissipation and transfer in diverse sectors, contributing to improved thermal performance preventing overheating various devices systems. In this context, the present work focuses on features of transmission through a fully wetted fin structure, when fins' is equipped with shrinking or stretching mechanism. has been analyzed using three distinct mechanisms: stretching, stagnation, mechanisms. Furthermore, formulation problem incorporates effects convection, radiation, internal generation. To examine solid–fluid interactions, Darcy's law applied. governing equation nondimensionalized by employing appropriate nondimensional terms, then solved Runge‐Kutta‐Fehlberg (RKF) method numerically. significance essential parameters such as generation, wet porous parameter, stretching/shrinking other relevant efficiency have graphically interpreted. We observed that peclet number () increases 400%, temperature also 7.46%. By enhancing value radiation parameter 900%, tip decreases 27.306%. It inferred mechanism greatly enhances fin's cooling impact, particularly moving. current analysis helpful for design pertains practical applications.
