Exosomes are a type of extracellular vesicle that contains bioactive molecules can be secreted by most cells. Nevertheless, the content these cells differs depending on cell from which they originate. The exosome plays crucial role in modulating intercellular communication conveying molecular messages to neighboring or distant Cancer-derived exosomes transfer several types into tumor microenvironment, including high levels microRNA (miRNA). These miRNAs significantly affect proliferation, angiogenesis, apoptosis resistance, metastasis, and immune evasion. Increasing evidence indicates exosomal (exomiRs) regulating cancer resistance apoptosis. In cells, exomiRs orchestrate channels between them their surrounding gene expression controlling signaling pathways. This review presents an outline present-day knowledge mechanisms target drive Also, our study looks at regulatory mediating microenvironmental specifically stromal evade therapy-induced

Insulin resistance (IR), designated as the blunted response of insulin target tissues to physiological level insulin, plays crucial roles in development and progression diabetes, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) other diseases. So far, distinct mechanism(s) IR still needs further exploration. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a class non-protein coding molecules with length greater than 200 nucleotides. LncRNAs are widely involved many biological processes including cell differentiation, proliferation, apoptosis metabolism. More recently, there has been increasing evidence that lncRNAs participated pathogenesis IR, dysregulated lncRNA profile played important metabolic diseases obesity, diabetes NAFLD. For example, MEG3, H19, MALAT1, GAS5, lncSHGL several have shown regulate signaling glucose/lipid metabolism various tissues. In this review, we briefly introduced general features methods for research, then summarized discussed recent advances on mechanisms particularly focused liver, skeletal muscle adipose

ABSTRACT Introduction Suppression within the tumor microenvironment (TME) hampered natural killer (NK) cells and their role in cancer immunotherapy. This study explores how interleukin (IL) signaling (IL‐12A, IL‐12B, IL‐15, IL‐18) interferon gamma (IFNG or IFN‐γ) interact with microRNAs to regulate NK cell function cancer. Methods We identify targeted (miRNAs) for these genes key pathways influencing various cancers through comprehensive analyses, including protein–protein interaction networks, protein co‐expression, miRNA targeting prediction, homology, mRNA‐miRNA regulatory gene set enrichment, pathway analysis. Results Our analysis revealed a significant association between encoding interleukins IFNG infiltration across cancers. Additionally, we identified several miRNAs (hsa‐miR‐590‐3p, hsa‐miR‐340‐5p, hsa‐miR‐495‐3p, hsa‐miR‐5692a, hsa‐miR‐130a‐3p) that potentially by genes. These participate critical essential function. Notably, our findings suggest co‐regulation suppressing microenvironment. Conclusion highlights potential of as strategy enhance improve efficacy
