Background: Research in psychology has attempted to identify the main predictors and strategies that are useful promote well-being. Although personality been recognized as one of determinants well-being, primary mechanisms involved this relationship not fully disclosed. This research addressed impact pro-environmental behaviors interplay between Big Five (openness, extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism) psychological well-being (eudaimonic). Methods: A total 176 young adults (mean age = 21.55 years; SD 1.76 114 F; mean education 14.57 2.11 years) participated study. The participants were requested complete a short battery self-report questionnaires, including Inventory-10, Pro-environmental Behavior Questionnaire, Psychological Well-being Scale. Results: results revealed only mediated association agreeableness eudaimonic (B 2.25, BootSE 1.26, BootCIs 95% [0.149, 5.050]). Conclusions: These findings contributed identifying potential through which contributes individual also providing insights into development promoting interventions based on eco-sustainable behaviors. Abstract Clarifying the mechanisms underlying individual differences in creativity is essential to understand complex nature of this phenomenon.
