This study examined the role of green entrepreneurial self-efficacy (GESE) through lens dynamic capabilities in innovation and adaptation. Self-leadership has been recognized as a factor influencing work outcomes in various job settings. However, its impact on research productivity universities remains relatively unexplored. Therefore, this study investigates the of self-leadership universities, well mediating role self-efficacy and moderating gender. Data were gathered from 212 academics two public Tanzania using structured questionnaires analyzed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). In the current study, relationship between ambidextrous leadership and change-oriented organization citizenship behavior (CO-OCB) was tested through a mediated mechanism of leader-member exchange (LMX). To test hypothesized association, study took sample employees from small medium enterprises in textile sector Pakistan. Their respective supervisors were also taken as respondents. The responses 175 respondents collected at two different points time while maintaining an appropriate interval. SPSS 24 AMOS used for data analysis purposes. applied confirmatory factor structural equation modeling model fitness direct effects, respectively. by applying PROCESS macro. found positive significant association CO-OCB. results supported mediating role LMX relationship. This study examines the role of transformational leadership in developing essential 21st-century skills like innovation, adaptability, problem-solving, and digital literacy within educational institutions. Using a cross-sectional survey design, data was collected from educators public private schools. The assessed practices, including innovation inspiration, professional development opportunities, guidance on adapting teaching strategies. T-tests correlation analyses were used to explore relationships between outcomes.
