Wisdom is proposed as a bridge between leader and leadership. It necessary to explore what characteristics wise leaders have approaches they use solve problems. In this study, we suggest unique approach involving qualitative quantitative research methods seek the essence of leadership its styles. The employed Cognitive Task Analysis (CTA) conduct interviews with nine in management positions. data were then analyzed using circular mixed method combining Interpretative Phenomenological (IPA) delve into participants’ job experiences cluster analysis through R software extract categories. Results identified five key themes: personal traits, processes, conscientiousness, going beyond assigned responsibilities, intrapersonal skills. Additionally, two distinct approaches-- transformational leadership, transactional leadership--were highlighted. wise-leader model styles can be used for leadership-development programs, recruitment, evaluation leaders.

Purpose Based on the ego depletion theory, this study reveals mechanism of leader’s nighttime sleep deprivation inducing daytime abusive supervision and investigates mediation role resource depletion.
