Introduction: Keeping a team united involves applying incentives to keep collaborators linked the organization and following an effective communication process influence people achieve goals positively. This work aims carry out bibliometric analysis of transformational leadership know emerging lines research.Methods: The study is mixed type; it has qualitative quantitative part. part review publications keywords in order generate clusters related current research. analyzing trend papers by year, author, author affiliation, country, area. Results: author's mapping occurrence formed three clusters. first cluster, identified with red, "Transformative leadership." second green, "Types third color blue, "Emotional intelligence leader."Conclusions: opens range opportunities for developing other studies invites researchers develop new projects that explore Work Engagement, Green Transformational Leadership, Job Performance, Psychological Empowerment.
