Abstract Background and Aim Infertility in women, particularly those with a poor response to vitro fertilization (IVF), poses significant challenges reproductive medicine. This study aimed compare the effectiveness of intraovarian versus subcutaneous injection corifollitropin alfa DuoStim protocol among infertile women exhibiting IVF, specific focus on oocyte retrieval counts quality. Materials Methods A total 40 poorly responding were randomly assigned two groups: 20 received via injection, it injection. Key demographic data, cycle duration, gonadotropin dosage, number oocytes retrieved, quality (specifically Grade B oocytes) assessed. Results Demographic analyses revealed no differences between groups terms age (subcutaneous: 37.91 ± 6.11 years; intraovarian: 36.84 5.42 p = 0.17) or weight 74.15 10.51 kg; 78.24 13.22 0.42). The retrieved during both phases did not significantly differ, but group yielded notably higher follicular phase ( 0.02). No observed duration > 0.05) final dose gonadotropins administered 0.05). Conclusion that may enhance oocytes, IVF under protocol, while methods exhibited similar outcomes factors, dosage.
