In this study, the antioxidant capacities, phenolic properties, and minerals of strawberries produced in four different districts Konya/Türkiye were compared. The methanolic extracts examined for total contents (TPC), flavonoid (TFC), assessed using ferric reducing power (FRAP) 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). compositions samples analyzed HPLC-PDA, with 25 standards. mineral content was ICP-OES. measured quantities TPC TFC ranged between 79.800 15.100 mg GAE/100 g 5.600 10.000 QE/100 g, respectively. FRAP DPPH values varied 1.192 1.610 mM FeSO4.7 H2O/100 FW 2.691 4.239 mg/ml, from Yalıhüyük Derbent regions found to possess similar followed by Bozkır Seydişehir samples. Of tested compounds, only six detected as common components all samples, yet their varied. p-OH benzoic acid major component, pinocembrin, chrysin, t‑cinnamic acid, caffeic phenethyl ester (CAPE), gallic acid. K be most prevalent element Ca Na. Although closely clustered, factor analysis indicated distinct groupings each district. conclusion, variations composition across suggest significant diversity influenced regional factors, emphasizing need further exploration understanding these strawberry cultivation.

Introduction: Eribroma oblongum (Malvaceae) (EO) stem bark is also used in traditional medicine to treat cardiovascular diseases and painful menstruation. This study aimed estimate the mineral composition, in vitro antioxidant properties, Interleukin-17 (IL-17) expression levels of hydroethanolic extract (EOHE) powder fraction ˂ 125µm (EOP) Eribroma (EO), Wistar rats with atherogenic diet-induced steatotic liver. Materials methods: The composition these therapeutic plants was characterized through atomic absorption spectrometry. Antioxidant activities were measured using spectroscopic methods. Rats given daily doses EOP, EOHE (100mg/kg), or Atorvastatin (10mg/kg) as a positive control for 45 days at same time being fed an diet. At end treatment period, animals sacrificed liver blood collected evaluation biochemical parameters. serum cytokines IL-17 by ELISA. Results: results showed that EOP had significantly P˂0.0001 higher Iron (25.75±0.6464g/100g DM), Zinc (11.71±7164g/100g Vitamin C (41.60 ± 4.864g/100g Manganese (2.02±0.0164g/100g Selenium (0.037±0.000764g/100g DM) than EOHE. polyphenol content (p<0.05) 917.33±23.63µg CaE/g DM. good contents (in descending order (995.43±24.10 (µg DM)) > EOP(917.33±23.63 DM)). DPPH, FRAP, TAC increased positively concentration. (P˂0.0001) reduced 48,76% compared negative group. Conclusion: These demonstrated can be source anti-inflammatory agents fight against metabolic diseases. potential steatosis could considered further studies.
