ABSTRACT Children are the builders of future, and their education is crucial for societal development. This study aims to identify analyse barriers that prevent marginalised communities from participating in educational activities explore strategies overcoming these obstacles. Focused on Pakistan, which has second highest number out‐of‐school (OOS) children globally according UNICEF, this research utilises data Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS) Wave 6. Employing logistic regression generalised structural equation modelling (GSEM), we investigate impact foundational skills, child disabilities, socioeconomic factors regional differences school attendance. The particularly examines role financial assistance, including tuition fees social transfers, addressing issue children. findings highlight need inclusive policies, adequate funding enhanced skills improve attendance academic outcomes.
