Chronic wounds have a significant impact on patients' quality of life, necessitating the management pain, infection, bleeding, and emotional challenges. Debridement, which involves removal nonviable tissue, is crucial for promoting wound healing. In addition to surgical methods, cost-effective alternatives such as local solutions ointments with biological properties been explored. The use natural compounds anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, collagen-synthesizing abilities holds promise This in vitro vivo preclinical study aimed assess safety effectiveness healing ointment containing bioactive ingredients derived from medicinal plants (extracts, essential oils, vegetable oils). chemical composition was characterized using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy gain insights into its synergistic action. Preclinical tests were conducted following standardized protocols. FTIR analysis revealed similarities between product's spectrum that compounds. demonstrated all formulations induced no cell death, DNA damage, or acute toxicity cultures (p < 0.05). No lethal dose observed, indicating at concentrations. also stimulated notably more organized, significantly higher collagen production compared control groups analyses adverse responses being effective process group (silver sulfadiazine) terms contraction ulcer re-epithelization Significantly means observed treated bioactive-containing when both positive (sulfadiazine) untreated regenerative exhibited excellent biocompatibility bioactivity studies, contributing development innovative sustainable therapies.
