With the increasingly prominent contradiction between energy consumption and environmental governance, integrated photovoltaic/thermal building system has broad development prospects in conservation. Purpose: G-SEED has had a significant impact on reducing carbon emissions and saving energy in the eco-friendly building sector. Additionally, it contributed to improving indoor air quality by promoting use of pollutant reduction materials. However, an analysis formaldehyde VOCs concentrations 30 buildings that obtained revealed some VOC exceeded recommended levels, despite materials emitting less than TVOC standard. To address this issue, study conducted feasibility appropriate ratio natural ventilation performance suggested for windows, which can affect emissions. Method: Measurements simulation analyses were carried out three locations certified buildings. In measurement analysis, concentration characteristics studied with windows doors closed. During ventilation, there was rapid decrease within minutes. Based these findings, applying 11 per floor area. The results showed when window application rate at least 6%, decreased IAQ level 1 Result: Consequently, based results, proposes improvement plan revise category residential current G-SEED, lowering minimum requirement from 8% 6%.
