Thalassemia

investigate
the
effect
of
Benson
relaxation
response
technique
(BRRT)
on
quality
life
(QOL)
among
patients
with
systemic
lupus
erythematous
(SLE).
A
quasi-experimental
design
was
used
to
conveniently
recruit
170
SLE.
Participants
were
divided
into
two
groups,
control
and
intervention
group
for
which
BRRT
administered.
Utilising
an
online
questionnaire,
QOL
assessed
before
2
months
after
intervention,
using
Arabic
version
short
form
36-item
health
survey.
After
exhibited
significantly
higher
levels
in
both
components
QOL;
physical
(t(143.31)=15.35,
p<0.001);
mental
component
(t(143.58)=12.35,
p<0.001).
Additionally,
group,
results
revealed
a
statistically
significant
increase
from
baseline
measurement;
(t(84)=-16.24,
p<0.001)
(t(84)=-12.93,
The
findings
demonstrate
notable
positive
impact
Healthcare
professionals
can
potentially
improve
overall
well-being
SLE
complement
traditional
treatment
by
implementing
their
care.
