ABSTRACT Job burnout is becoming a major threat to teachers' work. Previous studies revealed that professional identity and job are negatively related. This study explored the mediating effects of career satisfaction work engagement in relationship between burnout. Investigation materials included Chinese version Teachers' Professional Identity Scale, Career Satisfaction Utrecht Work Engagement Quality Life Scale. The cross‐sectional design was conducted this with 3147 teachers from kindergarten, primary, secondary schools Zhejiang Province, China. PROCESS macro plug‐in SPSS21.0 used for effect analysis. Teacher burnout is one of the main reasons leading to decreased teaching performance and occupational mental health issues among teachers, drawing widespread global attention. Previous research has found that both resiliency psychological empowerment can alleviate teacher burnout, yet there no study simultaneously examining relationships between resiliency, PE, burnout. Furthermore, previous studies have gender differences in but not examined moderating effects by group. Additionally, traditional analytical methods may overlook compositional connections these variables. To bridge this gap, we employed network analysis evaluate teachers with across different genders. Findings indicate: (1) Female exhibit a stronger link their sense departmental control while male show connection solving instructional challenges (2) Patience teachers' approach enhance environment, mastering job-relevant skills boost job happiness. (3) "I feel connected others" demonstrates higher centrality. In comparison, "My work vital me" shows centrality, indicating deeper other symptom clusters.
