However, there is a lack empirical research on drivers caregivers’ behavioral intention use these types within own home environment. This study investigates how adopt for members be predicted based utilitarian and hedonic attitudes, product smartness dimensions, conscientiousness with demographic characteristics as control variables. partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method was used process data collected from 399 respondents. results show attitudes positively affect robots. Abstract Background Digital assistive technologies (DATs) have emerged as promising tools to support the daily life of people with dementia (PWD) by offering in various aspects life. Quality (QOL) is an important consideration when discussing care PWD relation their autonomy. Current research tends concentrate either on specific categories DATs, or provide a generic view. Therefore, it would be essence review different kinds and how they contribute improving QOL for PWD. Objective This scoping aimed DATs impact Method For this broad literature search was performed Cochrane, Embase, PubMed, Scopus, Web Science, covering scientific from January 2013 May 2023. Screening data extraction were conducted, followed quantitative qualitative analysis using thematic principles Therapeutics (DTx) Alliance DAT grouping. Results The identified 6’083 records, 1’056 duplicates. After screening, 4’560 full-texts excluded, yielding 122 studies designs. categorized into digital therapeutics (n=109), patient monitoring (n=30), diagnostics (n=2), health system clinical software ( n=1). These QOL: preserving autonomy, engagement, social interaction, promotion, activities living, cognition, maintaining dignity, managing behavioral psychological symptoms (BPSD), safety/surveillance. Conclusions Various offer extensive support, elevating are predominantly used aging-in-place independent living through assistance tasks. Future should focus less-represented DHT categories, such & wellness solutions. Observing ongoing developments long-term effects remains essential. Strengths limitations study conducted across five electronic databases spanning decade identify relevant By excluding conference proceedings, book chapters, pilot, feasibility studies, might missed planned that could insights impacts. While approach allowed overview, didn’t assess quality included intervention effectiveness, potentially introducing bias limiting in-depth analysis. study’s emphasis patient-facing introduced bias, highlighting while overlooking other technology categories.
