Prefabricated
buildings
have

evaluation
methodology
integrating
technique
for

preference
similarity
ideal
solution
(TOPSIS)
with
prospect
theory
interval-valued
Pythagorean
fuzzy
numbers
(IVPFNs)
proposed.
Fully
considering
subjective
value
perceptions
decision-makers
when
faced
losses
gains,
risk
model
established
based
on
different
types
decision-makers.
This
then
compared
weight
correction
coefficient
from
balanced
perspective
prevent
bias
caused
over-reliance
decision-makers'
preferences.
study

Abstract
As
an
extended
form
of
intuitionistic
fuzzy
set,
the
theory
interval-valued
set
(IVIFS)
can
describe
fuzziness
more
flexibly.
This
study
aims
to
develop
a
group
decision-making
model
based
on
distance
measure,
Yager
power
aggregation
operators
and
possibility
measure
in
context
IVIFSs.

purpose,
