Abstract
Schizophrenia
is
a
complex
psychiatric
disorder
with
unknown
neuropathology.
Notably,
the
triple-network-model
of
disorders,
focusing
on
default
mode
(DMN),
central
executive
(CEN),
and
salience
(SN)
networks,
proposes
an
interesting
framework
for
investigating
abnormal
neurocircuit
activity
in
schizophrenia.
In
present
study,
we
aim
to
explore
three
resting-state
EEG
biomarkers:
i)
relative
power
spectrum,
ii)
functional
connectivity
metrics
-
corrected
imaginary
phase
locking
(ciPLV)
iii)
effective
estimated
by
source-localization-based
directed
transfer
function
(DTF)

results
revealed
that
characterised

Abstract
Biological
risk
signatures
could
aid
the
early
detection
of
schizophrenia,
but
their
precision
likely
depends
on
clinical

MRI

1,425
patients

907

individuals
in

multi-site

database
