Chiral nanophotonic materials have emerged as ideal candidates for biosensing applications due to their exceptional sensitivity. However, the inability directly visualize chiral signals limits broader application, particularly in disease diagnosis and treatment. In this study, we introduce a nanocomposite based on upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs), denoted UCNPs@L-POM, that exhibits both luminescence (UCL) circular dichroism (CD) signals. This dual-signal system enables ultrasensitive detection vivo imaging of ·OH. The UCL CD aqueous solution are 6.258 0.912 μM, respectively. dual-mode sensing approach is also effective at cellular level. As demonstration, UCNPs@L-POM situ rheumatoid arthritis (RA), characterized by elevated levels ·OH expression. Additionally, through oxidation reaction induced ·OH, effectively alleviates paw inflammation promotes healing RA. work offers new prospects biological nanocomposites.
