Abstract Conservative chaotic systems can circumvent the flaws of dissipative systems, as they do not form attractors, thus enhancing their resilience to attacks. In this paper, a new non-Hamiltonian 4D conservative system is proposed, and system’s conservativeness properties are confirmed through analysis equilibrium points, flow projections, Poincaré sections, Lyapunov exponents, Hamiltonian energy. Moreover, exhibits rich dynamical behaviors such multistability, spectral entropy complexity, offset-boosting. Building on this, plaintext-related initial state generation algorithm using hash function increasing sensitivity plaintext. Also, dynamic DNA proposed by plaintext information control operations.
