The integration of virtual reality with mindfulness practice is an effective tool for reducing anxiety levels because it promotes a comprehensive improvement the educational process and emotional well-being students. aim this study to analyse impact programme carried out using Virtual Reality people functional diversity who are studying Adapted Vocational Training in secondary school. intervention was three months, improving their attentional self-regulation skills. This innovative approach allowed students experience immersive environments that facilitate practice, significantly concentration levels. Students participated case used technology experienced increase ability concentrate on tasks, as well marked well-being. Descriptive analyses guided interviews were conducted both teachers involved teaching–learning process. results showed potential Reality-mediated programmes inclusive powerful strategy support learning personal development adapted vocational training environments. highlights its innovation personalising learning, anxiety, skills through Reality. It contributes by providing empirical evidence supports mental health context.

After surgery, physical therapy is thought to be crucial for getting the best results. A growing number of people believe that virtual reality (VR) could a useful tool providing medical interventions. The impact VR-based rehabilitation on results after lower limb surgeries examined in this systematic analysis. Evaluating effectiveness and related technologies postoperative using study. review relevant literature (PROSPERO ID: CRD42024605158). databases PubMed, Cochrane, Scopus, PEDro, Google Scholar were used search literature. To identify papers satisfied inclusion criteria, titles, abstracts, then full texts screened. methodological qualities studies evaluated 11-point PEDro scale. Risk Bias evaluation was performed through 2 (RoB 2) Cochrane tools. Twenty-four met criteria. Combined showed game-based interventions appear effective safe adjuncts traditional surgeries, improving outcomes such as pain relief, proprioception, balance, motivation, though their superiority over standard alone remains inconsistent warrants further research. VR enhance knee hip but research needed confirm long-term benefits effectiveness.

ICT and digitization are transforming higher education, but one aspect that has been little addressed is student academic stress in this context. The objective of research was to explore the relationship between teaching practices virtual learning environments. A quantitative study based on structural equation modeling conducted using 6605 students from a public university Lima. Two scales were applied validated assess specific dimensions levels stress. demonstrated robust psychometric properties. Exploratory confirmatory factor analysis allowed identification key underlying factors validation proposed theoretical model.
