This article explores the topic of meditation hindrances and breakthroughs. In traditional literature, are seen as phenomena counteracting meditative activity. However, also grounds for growth current research, there is an effort to understand negative effects, sometimes referred challenging, adverse, or harmful effects. Little known about how people experience deal with hindrances, especially they dissolution (breakthroughs). The method applied shed light on this innovative multilevel phenomenological method, which includes biographical exploration, daily notetaking reflection, micro-phenomenology. participants consisted a group five people, setting was 6-day retreat. We offer new perspective research not only by developing concept but suggesting showing effects may be part process leading up breakthrough, where aspect dissolves, potentially giving rise positive outcomes.
