Physical activity is increasingly recognized for its preventive therapeutic roles. Regular exercise enhances function, mitigates disease progression, improves psychological well-being. Studies demonstrate that physical benefits patients with promoting spirometric improvements, endurance, post-operative recovery. Moreover, tailored regimens during after COVID-19 infection aid rehabilitation immune resilience. Environmental considerations, such as pollution, must be addressed to maximize benefits. Comprehensive pulmonary programs incorporating aerobic, resistance, breathing exercises yield significant health improvements. This evidence underscores the critical role in managing advocating integration into patient care public strategies enhance overall outcomes.
